In this case sugar is the main thing to be avoided. It can apply more fat to your body and make you fat. Sugar diet is must. You can eat sugar on 2 weeks period. And rice, for most of the asian families it's tough for rice to be avoided, but eat only time in a day

STEP 3: What should you eat?


You should be eating these:
    Oats
    Spinach or other green vegetables
    Fruits
    Almonds
    and much more

These types of food can help you to burn fat on your body

STEP 4: Exercise

Exercise will help you to fight fat. Doing daily can help you be fit and muscular. Check some fat buring exercise on youtube, as many video will help you. Consider doing it daily.
